Seasoned Pricing

Standard Price Per Night For Up To 8 Guests And Breakfast Included

Ingels Beach Villa can sleep 16 guests without extra beds, but if required 4 extra beds can be provided for a total of 20 guests. We also provide baby cribs free of charge for the really small children that can not sleep in the standard beds or together with their parents.

Ingels Beach Villa use what we call seasoned pricing as explained below, pricing active from January 1st – 2023.

General information

Minimal stay is 5 nights
Standard price per night is for up to 8 guests and additional guests will cost additional $45 á night.
- Children that does not need their own bed and breakfast are free of charge. Baby cribs to sleep in and baby chairs for the restaurant are part of our service free of charge.
Breakfast always included in the price for each paying guest

Airport pickup/drop off arranged by our local manager (price estimate), price depends on how many guests and the kind of minivan/bus we need. This is the recommended way to get to Ingels Beach Villa to make sure you get the best drivers and best comfort.

September – October $350 á night

Middle season period

Restaurant & Daily Special

In our restaurant your breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served. We also offer from time to time on special occasions like weddings and birthdays BBQ evenings, ordered from the menu to have your dinner down by the pool close to the beach. Our menu and a few pictures of dishes from the menu can be found in the media library by following the link here to get an understanding of our prices and dishes available.

We also offer our daily specials with different Sri Lankan specialties at dinner time for the whole group of guests, to make it simple both for you and our chef.

This offer is for bigger groups and families that decide to have the same dish with only a few alternatives. Normally this is based on fish, chicken or vegan.

Price is per person and varies depending on the dish, ask our local manager for current price during your stay.

Applies For All Our Bookings

Payment policy

All bookings for Ingels Beach Villa directly through our website have the option to be paid either by bank transfer or credit/debit card. We do not accept payments on arrival. Bookings through our partner websites will have their own Pricing, Terms and Conditions.

Bank transfers for international guests are managed through our IBAN Bank Account in Sweden, where the company that owns Ingels Beach Villa are located. You can choose between USD or Euro currency. For Swedish guests it is also possible to transfer and pay directly to our SEK account in SEK.

IBAN/SWIFT Bank transfer instructions will be presented to you when you start your booking and chose Bank transfer as payment method. Same information will also be sent together with the invoice you will receive by email, to complete the booking.

Bank transfer instructions:

First payment – 25% at time of booking confirmation
Final payment – 75% two months before arrival date

Credit card payment instructions:

First payment – 25% at time of booking
Final payment – 75% two months before arrival date

When it is time for final payment you will receive an email from us with instructions how to proceed.

Please note that a 2.99% surcharge will be added to all payments made with credit/debit cards. This charge covers transaction fees associated with using Stripe as our payment gateway. This fee is included in the price when you chose to pay by card. We appreciate your understanding and support as we aim to provide you with the best service possible.

Damage deposit instructions:

A damage deposit of $200 (Euro is also ok) must be handed over to our local manager on arrival before receiving your room keys.

Damage deposit will be given back in full on departure day if our control of the villa show no damages
Damage deposit will not be given back if our control of the villa show damages related to your stay in the villa

Check in & Check out policy

We are very flexible when you arrive to the villa, as long as we decide together, it works for departing guests and our staff to be able to prepare the rooms for you. We need the following information from you to plan for your arrival:

Time of arrival for planning and preparation of the rooms
Main contact persons mobile phone number to be able to get in touch before your arrival
If you order our airport pickup (recommended) we need to know your flight details and time of arrival for planning

House rules

Minimum age for booking is 25 years
Events, we allow weddings, birthday parties and family “Get Together” kind of events only in the villa.
Pets are cute, but sorry they are not welcome in our villa
Restaurant kitchen is built for professional use with high pressure gas to prepare food fast, only our chef and staff are allowed to use the kitchen. Guests are Not allowed to use the kitchen for their and our safety!
Children are of course welcome but the parents are responsible for the children at all times

Smoking is not allowed inside the villa but of course you can smoke outside

Cancellation policy

We use a strict cancellation policy because this is not a hotel and most villas are booked up to one year before arrival.

- Cancellation 30 days before arrival 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival No refund
